  I went in for a facial wax and the workers are really nice, but the actual waxing experience was less than pleasant. They gave me a sugar wax and throughout the whole experience, the worker kept saying things like, "it's been forever since I've done one of these." or "Man, I'm struggling today!" or my favorite, "I should probably warm this wax up more, but, oh well." Seriously? This is my face. I appreciate your honesty, but please , please take a few minutes to warm up the wax more so you can get it done right! I felt like my face was getting ripped off because she had to go over the same spot multiple times to get off the hair since it wasn't "warm enough". Honestly, I should have said something right then (in a nice way of course). But I don't plan on coming back.
